Nivin Pauly-Aditi Balan starrer Padavettu all set to go on floors!

Nivin Pauly had earlier signed a film titled ‘Padavettu’ with debutant director Liju Krishna. Actor Sunny Wayne is making his feature film production debut by funding this film. It has been announced that the film will be launched tomorrow (December 3) with a customary switch on ceremony that will be held in LP School Ground, Kanhileri in Kannur.

‘Padavettu’ has Aditi Balan as the female lead. It marks her mating outing in Malayalam industry. The pretty actress shot to fame with her sensational performance in the award winning Tamil film, ‘Aruvi’. Aditi is certain to have a performance oriented role in ‘Padavettu’ considering the fact that she waited for nearly two years since ‘Aruvi’ to sign her second film.

Director Liju Krishna himself has scripted ‘Padavettu’. Earlier, the director had assured that the film will have Nivin Pauly in a kind of role that he has not done before. It is said to be challenging role and the audience can expect to see a different side of the actor.

On the technical side, Deepak D Menon will be cranking the camera and edits will be handled by Shefeek Muhammed Ali. Govind Vasantha is trusted with the music department. Majority of the portions would be canned in Kannur and nearby areas.
