Its not Nivin Pauly, its Fahadh Fazil in Thiagarajan Kumararaja’s next

We had earlier reported that Mollywood’s promising young stars Nivin Pauly or Fahadh Fazil will feature in Thiagarajan Kumararaja’s next project in Kollywood.

Now it is confirmed that Fahadh Fazil will be playing the part. Thiagarajan Kumararaja’s debut movie Aaranya Kaandam is considered as a cult gangster movie.

Aaranya Kaandam won him the National award for best debut director in 2011. The director was keeping a low profile after his first movie. He worked with director Gautham Menon as a script consultant in his Ajith starrer Yennai Arindhaal.

Thiagarajan Kumararaja’s new movie with Fahadh will be a multi starrer also starring Vijay Sethupathy and Samantha. The director has said this movie will be a typical masala entertainer. But expectations are very high considering an acclaimed director calling the shots for two of the most natural actors currently in South India.

Fahadh Fazil has already signed for his debut movie in Kollywood. It will be directed by Mohan Raja after his terrific blockbuster Thani Oruvan. This cop drama is also a multi starrer with Sivakarthikeyan, Nayanthara and Sneha playing other important roles.

It is very refreshing and healthy to see actors from different industries joining hands to make movies. Nivin Pauly is also recently working in a Tamil movie directed by debutant Gautham Ramachandran.

Fahadh Fazil meanwhile is busy shooting for his campus movie directed by Rafi. Namitha Pramod will be playing the female lead in this commercial entertainer.
