Nivin Pauly learning Kalari Payattu for Roshan Andrews movie Kayamkulam Kochunni

We had already reported you about the upcoming movie of Young Mollywood Star Nivin Pauly, which will be directed by Roshan Andrews and written by Bobby-Sanjay team. The film is titled as Kayamkulam Kochunni and as per the title suggests, the movie will be based on the life of epic thief Kayamkulam Kochunni. It will be big budget movie and they are planning to start the movie in the location in Sri Lanka by early next year.

Latest reports suggests that, Nivin Pauly is learning the martial art of Kalari Payattu to make the character of Kayamkulam Kochunni perfect. “The Most Dangerous Man”, is the tagline of this movie and Roshan Andrews says that it will be a thrilling film.

He said that they chose Nivin Pauly to play this character because of his similarities with the description of Kayamkulam Kochunni in stories related to this epic thief in Kerala. Baahubali fame sound designer Satheesh will be the one who is doing the sound design of this movie as well. The action sequences will be choreographed by a team from South Africa and Kabali music director Santhosh Narayanan may be roped in to tune the music for this film.

Bobby-Sanjay team had made a lot of research and studies before scripting this movie. This team of Bobby-Sanjay- Roshan Andrews will have 3 more films in the coming years. One will be with Nivin Pauly again and two films with Fahad Fazil.
