Nivin Pauly to receive record remuneration for Tamil film ?

If the news coming in are to be believed, Young Star Nivin Pauly is all set to create record in the remuneration received by a Malayalam actor for acting in other Indian languages. Nivin Pauly who is all set to begin his 3rd outing in Tamil is reportedly receiving a remuneration above 6 crores. A report is doing its rounds in social Media saying this. If it is true, he will surpass the legendary actor Mohanlal in this record.

Mohanlal had got 6 crore rupees as remuneration for his upcoming Telugu film named Janata Garage in which he is sharing the screen with Jr.NTR. Mohanlal was the record holder earlier as well as he had received a figure close to 5 crore for acting in Jilla. But he received that amount as the rights to distribute Jilla in Kerala. He is one who gets the highest remuneration in Mollywood as well as he is receiving a remuneration of 2.5-3 crore per movie.

Nivin Pauly’s this upcoming Tamil film is the remake of a Kannada film and will be directed by debutant Gautham. Nivin Pauly had increased his fan base to great numbers in Tamil Nadu with the terrific success of Premam and after that his Action Hero Biju also done good business there. His popularity is evident even now as his latest Malayalam release Jacobinte Swargarajyam also getting great response from Chennai.

Mohanlal’s Telugu film is directed by Koratala Siva who had given a number of blockbusters there. In that film Mollywood artists like Unni Mukundan, Rahman etc also playing important roles.
