Nivin Pauly’s next to have ‘Aruvi’ fame Aditi Balan as the female lead
After making a sensational acting debut with ‘Aruvi’, Tamil actress Aditi Balan has been away from all the limelight. Even after two years of ‘Aruvi’ release, she has still not done a film which is surprising considering all the appreciation and accolades that came her way for her remarkable performance. It is now learnt that she is set to make her Malayalam debut with a Nivin Pauly starrer.
As per trustworthy reports, Aditi Balan will be playing the female lead in ‘Padavettu’. Debutant Liju Krishna is directing the film, which is also the maiden feature film production of actor Sunny Wayne. Shoot will be beginning very shortly and majority of the portions would be canned in Kannur and nearby areas.
As per the makers, ‘Padavettu’ will have Nivin Pauly in a kind of role that he has not done before. It is said to be challenging role and the audience can expect to see a different side of the actor. Likewise, Aditi Balan is also expected to have a prominent character that offers scope for performance.
Director Liju Krishna himself has scripted the film. Deepak D Menon will be cranking the camera and edits will be handle by Shefeek Muhammed Ali. Post the blockbuster success of ’96’, composer Govind Vasantha is making his comeback to Malayalam with this film.
