October 31 Ladies Night: Megha Akash, Nievtha Pethuraj, Manjima Mohan and Reba John in AL Vijay’s next

Director AL Vijay is next helming a Tamil-Telugu bilingual film titled ‘October 31 Ladies Night’. It has Megha Akash, Nievtha Pethuraj, Manjima Mohan and Reba Monica John as the leads. Tollywood actor Viswak Sen is also there in a cameo role. The film is produced by M Rajasekhar and it is planned as a direct OTT release. An official announcement is expected soon.

‘October 31 Ladies Night’ is based on Halloween, and hence the title. For the uninformed, October 31 is when Halloween is celebrated. The plot is centred around a friends party and a prank that backfires. Director AL Vijay has previously helmed horror films like ‘Devi’, ‘Diya’ and ‘Devi 2’.

Meanwhile, his much-awaited film ‘Thalaivi’, the biopic on late Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalithaa is expected to hit screens once the pandemic situation gets better. The film, which is also a Tamil-Hindi bilingual, was originally supposed to release by the last week of April.
