The rumours are doing the rounds in mollywood that the super star of mollywood Mohanlal and the most valuable director now in Mollywood Jeethu Joseph will join hands again after the out of the world success Drishyam which has become a classic in mollywood. Some months back the reports came in that their second outing after the gigantic success Drishaym will start rolling this year itself after Mohanlal completes Ranjith directorial film Lohamwhich is filming now and Vysakh directorial film titled Puli Murugan which will start in this May.

Meanwhile Jeethu Joseph will complete the second schedule of his film Life Of Josootty which has Dileep as male lead and then he will complete the script of the upcoming Mohanlal project. But now there seems to be some change in the planning as sources says that due to the earlier commitments and busy schedules ahead both Mohanlal and Jeethu Joseph had decided to postpone the filming of their new film to next year and it will also give Jeethu ample time to complete the script and make it a tight one.

Jeethu Joseph had already two other projects which he had committed earlier which are a prithviraj film and another one will be a women centric film and Kavya Madhavan said to be the choice of Jeethu to play the lead role in that film. Both are in the writing stages and jeethu had to complete those first before he goes to the writing of the Mohanlal film. Both Mohanlal and Jeethu knows that people had beyond the world expectations on them after the unbelievable reception Drishyam had got and they are taking their time to come out with another special film to remember forever to mollywood film lovers and their fans.

But the most interesting part or the highlight of this project will be another one. That is the presence of Pranav Mohanlal who is the assistant director of Jeethu Joseph from Papanasham which was the Tamil version of Drishyam. And it is sure that Pranav Mohanlal will be assisting Jeethu in this upcoming film as well and on the way he will direct his father Mohanlal as per the instructions and perfect guidance of Jeethu Joseph. It will be for the first time that Pranav is working as an assistant director in a Mohanlal film. May be it will be a beginning of the Father-son team as actor-director pair which will give mollywood a lot of great films.
