Premam run not terminated, it’s continuing in Chennai !

Yesterday reports came in that Malayalam blockbuster named Premam, which had created history in Tamil Nadu by running 230 days continuously there, will end its run with the evening show 13th January 2015. From today the Pongal release of Kollywood will start screening there and Premam reportedly all set to end the dream run of its by evening tomorrow.

But the happy news is coming in right now says that Premam run is not terminated there as it is still showing there at the Escape Cinemas and the show time is 12.30 PM in the noon. The film had run 230 days there and now it’s looks like it will continue to create records by running beyond 230 days.

It’s a stupendous achievement for the film when we mind the fact that no other films whether its Malayalam or Tamil film had run even 100 days there in Chennai for the last one year. Mohan Raja-Jayam Ravi film Thani Oruvan is the film that played highest number of days there, after Premam. But Thani Oruvan had just run 85 days there as per reports and the difference between the top and the second one in the list vast.
