Prithviraj shares a photo from Lucifer first day shoot; Hopes to begin Empuraan soon

Superstar Mohanlal is celebrating his birthday today. Like always, Malayalam social media forums are abuzz with tribute posts and write-ups about the legend. His colleagues from the film industry are also busy showering their birthday wishes through social medias.

Prithviraj Sukumaran was one of the first to wish as he shared a photo taken on first day of ‘Lucifer’ shoot. He lamented that they would have been shooting its second part ‘Empuraan’ if not for the pandemic. He is still hopeful to begin the project very soon.

Prithviraj has written,

This was Day 1 of Lucifer shoot. If not for the pandemic, we should have been shooting Empuraan by now. Will hopefully get there soon enough. Happy birthday Stephen! Happy birthday AbRaam. Happy birthday Laletta! ❤️ @Mohanlal

Similar to how Mohanlal played the lead in Prithviraj’s directorial debut, the latter is essaying a prominent role in Mohanlal’s maiden film as a director, ‘Barroz’. Some of his portions have already been shot.
