Priya Prakash Varrier became an overnight sensation after her ‘wink’ in the Omar Lulu directorial Oru Adaar Love. The teenager is now hugely popular across the world. The pretty girl has been flooded with offers for movies and from leading brands for endorsements. But the actress is yet to sign for any other movie.
As per latest reports, Bollywood’s leading producer Karan Johar is planning to rope in Priya for the upcoming movie ‘Simmba’. Rohit Shetty is directing this movie which stars Ranveer Singh in the lead. The movie is the remake of Jr NTR’s blockbuster Telugu flick ‘Temper’.
Reportedly, Priya’s role is not so big in the film. But Karan Johar and Rohit are keen to cast her to cash in on her massive popularity. Deepika Padukone is being considered to play the female lead opposite Ranveer. If Priya signs the movie, it will be a massive launch for her in B-Town with so many big names involved in the project.
Meanwhile, Priya is minting big bucks through influential marketing. It is reported that the teenage sensation is charging around Rs 8 lakhs for each post in her Instagram handle. With a whopping 5.1 million followers, Priya is among the most followed Indian celebrities in Instagram. She is making good use of it with influential marketing by promoting brands like Pringles, One Plus and Hypstar.
