Prominent names from Malayalam film industry come out in support of Prithviraj

Ever since Prithviraj raised his voice about the ongoing situation in Lakshwadeep, the actor has been subjected to severe trolls and bullying by BJP supporters in social medias. Things worsened last day after a leading channel, which acts as the party’s mouthpiece, published an article against him. The article written by GK Suresh Babu had highly offensive language and made personal remarks against Prithviraj. Even after many called out the foul langauge in the article, it continued to remain on the channel’s Facebook page for several hours before being taken down eventually.

Prithviraj, meanwhile, is getting support from all corners. Many have heaped praised on him for being brave enough to express his views despite being aware of the backlash he could face. Industry insiders have also rallied behind him. Celebs like Aju Varghese, Midhun Manuel Thomas, Antony Varghese, Jude Anthany Joseph, Arun Gopy, Anoop Menon, Sajid Yahiyaa, Maala Parvathy and many others have lashed out against the objectionable article while also supporting Prithviraj.
