Pulimurugan theatre list is out

Pulimurugan starring superstar Mohanlal is releasing tomorrow and fans have been waiting with bated breath for the release. After months of speculations and postponing the movie is finally releasing and everyone including the industry insiders and fans are excited to the core.

Pulimurugan was slated to release on record number of theatres in around 200 screens in Kerala. But Mohanlal’s Onam release Oppam is having a dream run in theatres rewriting box office records. So the makers had to limit the release to 160+ theatres in Kerala. Pulimurugan will also be releasing in 160 theatres outside Kerala.

The makers will be hopeful of a record opening in the box office. The producer has earlier announced that they will extend to more theatres after the initial response.

Pulimurugan is believed to be the biggest movie in Mollywood in terms of budget. The movie has been in the making for more than a year now. Pulimurugan is an emotional action adventure movie about a hunter and his experiences with a tiger. The team has hsot in Vietnam with a real tiger. Stunt master Peter Hein worked behind the action scenes for the movie.

Pulimurugan also stars Lal, Vinu Mohan, Kishore, Bala, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Kamalini Mukherjee and Namitha in other supporting roles.

Scripted by Udayakrishna of Udayakrishna-Siby.K.Thomas duo, the film is directed by Vyshakh. Tomichan Mulakupadam is producing this budget movie under his banner Mulakupadam films.
