Pulimurugan in the top 10 list of highest grossing Indian movies in UAE/GCC

Mohanlal’s Pulimurugan has entered its second month of theatrical run. The movie continues to collect big from the box office without any stopping.

The movie was released in overseas regions like UAE/GCC and many European countries.

The movie was released on November 3rd in UAE and Gulf countries. Ever since the release there, the movie has been doing great numbers at the box office.

Now this action drama directed by Vysakh has officially become the highest grossing South Indian movie in UAE/GCC region.

Pulimurugan is also among the top 10 highest grossing Indian movies in the region. The list boasts of many biggies from Bollywood. Salman Khan’s Bhajrangi Bhaijaan leads the list followed by Sultan, Dilwale, Dhoom 3, Happy New Year, Bang Bang, PK, Chennai Express and Pulimurugan. Salman Khan’s Kick is in the 10th position in the list.

Apart from Pulimurugan there is no other South Indian movie in this list. This shows the kind of massive success Pulimurugan has become in these regions.

Pulimurugan is written by Udhayakrishna of the famous scriptwriter duo Udhayakrishna and Sibi K Thomas. This big budget movie was produced by Tomichan Mulakupadam under his banner Mulakupadam Films.

The film also stars Jagapathi Babu, Lal, Vinu Mohan, Kishore, Kamalini Mukherjee in other important roles.

Pulimurugan is already the highest grossing Malayalam movie ever collecting over 100 crores from the box office. The tremendous run in overseas regions suggest that the movie will have a lifetime gross of over 150 crores.
