Rajinikanth’s Thalaivar 170 Commences Production in Trivandrum with a Stellar Ensemble Cast

Superstar Rajinikanth has touched down in Trivandrum, Kerala, to kickstart the filming of his eagerly awaited project, tentatively titled ‘Thalaivar 170.’ This high-budget Pan Indian film is helmed by TJ Gnanavel Raj, acclaimed for his work in ‘Jai Bhim,’ and is being generously funded by Lyca Productions.

The film’s production team recently unveiled the star-studded lineup of both the cast and crew, and it’s nothing short of spectacular. ‘Thalaivar 170’ boasts a diverse ensemble that spans the realms of Bollywood and Mollywood, all set to share the screen with the one and only Superstar Rajinikanth.

Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan will be making his Tamil debut through this project, taking on a pivotal role. Joining him is the immensely talented Mollywood sensation Fahad Fazil, who is set to deliver a compelling performance. The film also features Mollywood’s Lady Superstar Manju Warrier in the lead role, supported by Ritika Singh and Dushara Vijayan in prominent female characters. Telugu superstar Rana Daggubati adds further star power to this epic ensemble.

The shooting schedule for the film is set for a brief but intensive 10-day stint in Trivandrum. ‘Thalaivar 170’ is rumored to be a socially relevant mass entertainer, with Rajinikanth essaying the role of a senior police officer. Anirudh Ravichander, renowned for his musical prowess, has been roped in as the music director for the project. The film is slated to hit screens next year in five languages.
