Ramya Krishnan roped in for a prominent role in Fahadh Faasil-Vijay Sethupathi starrer Super Deluxe!

National award winning director Thyagarajan Kumararaja is making a comeback eight years after he made his debut with the cult-hit Aaranya Kaandam. His comeback film titled as ‘Super Deluxe’ is said to be an anthology. Vijay Sethupathi, Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil, Samantha, director Mysskin and Nadia Moidu were supposed to play the lead roles.

But as per latest reports, the highly talented Ramya Krishnan has replaced Nadia Moidu from the movie. The exact reason behind Nadia opting out after all these months is not yet known. Meanwhile, Ramya Krishnan is going from strength to strength. After stunning the audience with her commanding portrayal of Raj Mata Sivagami in Baahubali, the actress was last seen in Suriya’s recent release Thaana Serntha Koottam. She reprises the role played by Anupam Kher in the original film, Special 26. This upcoming Thyagaraja Kumararaja directorial is also most likely to have a performance oriented role for her.

The movie which was initially titled as ‘Aneethi Kathaigal’ has Vijay Sethupathi playing the role of a transgender. Expectations are soaring high for the movie has some of the finest talents of South Indian cinema working in it.

Directors Mysskin and Nalan Kumarasamy are penning the movie’s dialogues. PS Vinod, who has worked in several Bollywood movies is now cranking the camera. Yuvan Shankar Raja is handling the music department. An official word regarding the release date is expected to be given very soon.
