RRR: Rajamouli’s next starring Jr NTR and Ram Charan launched

Ever since the release of Baahuabli 2: The Conclusion, the whole of Indian cinema audience had been waiting for the announcement of SS Rajamouli’s next. The ace filmmaker’s next was officially launched today with a customary pooja ceremony. The movie, tentatively titled RRR, has young superstars Jr NTR and Ram Charan as the leads. The launch event was attended by some big names like Chiranjeevi, Rana Daggubati, Raghavendra Rao and MM Keeravani.

Meanwhile, social medias are abuzz with speculations about the movie’s genre. Some unconfirmed reports suggest that it is a sports based flick, but the makers are yet to give an original word. However, they have made it clear that the movie will be totally different from Rajamouli’s earlier works. Both Jr NTR and Ram Charan will have equal prominence in the movie. The former has been training hard to develop a ripped physique for the movie. He worked closely with renowned fitness trainer Lloyd Stevens to get in shape before the commencement of shoot.

Ram Charan and Jr NTR had earlier travelled to Los Angeles as part of their preparations. Rajamouli’s son SS Karthikeya also accompanied the actors in their trip. Reportedly, some famous technicians from Hollywood had conducted the look tests for both the actors. The movie has been planned to be made on an estimated budget of around Rs 300 crores. It is being produced by DVV Danayya under the banner of DVV Entertainment.
