Last Friday (April 24), when cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar celebrated his 47th birthday, wishes came pouring in on social medias from well wishers and fans from across the world. Malayalam film star Nivin Pauly also wished Sachin through his official Twitter handle. He also shared a photo taken with Sachin during his days as a brand ambassador of Kerala Blasters Football Club. Nivin had tweeted,

Sachin Tendulkar has now replied back to Nivin Pauly. Apart from thanking Nivin, Sachin also asked him to stay safe and healthy during these tough times. It is really heartening to see a young actor from Malayalam film industry sharing such good bond with one of the country’s biggest icons.

Sachin and Nivin Pauly had interacted quite a few times during the latter’s stint as the brand ambassador of Kerala Blasters Football Club. Sachin had owned the team till 2018 before he decided to sell his stake due to personal prospects.
