Salaar team welcomes Shruti Haasan on her birthday

Popular South Indian actress Shruti Haasan is celebrating her birthday today. On this special occasion, the makers of the upcoming biggie ‘Salaar’ have welcomed her to join the team. The film starring Prabhas as the main lead is directed by Prashanth Neel. Welcoming Shruti Haasan, the makers have tweeted,

‘Salaar’ marks Prashanth Neel’s reunion with Hombale Films after the humongous success of ‘KGF: Chapter 1’. It is planned as a pan-Indian film that will be made on a huge scale. The film comes with the tagline, ‘The most violent men.. called one man.. the most violent’. So it is quite evident that ‘Salaar’ will be a full-on action flick.

The film’s launch was held earlier this month in Hyderabad. More details regarding when shoot begins and the other cast and crew members are expected to be announced in the coming days.
