Sarkar: Here’s the second look poster of Vijay’s next with AR Murugadoss!

Earlier in the day, the much awaited title and first look poster of Vijay’s upcoming movie with AR Murugadoss was released. Vijay is turning 44 today (June 22) and to make it special, the makers have released the second look poster of the movie. The new poster is dedicated as a birthday treat for the actor’s scores of fans across the world.

As the title ‘Sarkar’ suggests, the movie is a political thriller. Like his previous films, AR Murugadoss is presumed to have scripted a commercial entertainer with a relevant social issue as the crux.
Vijay is reportedly playing a rich businessman’s role in the movie. Keerthy Suresh has been paired with him for the second time after Bhairavaa.

Pala Karuppaiah, a politician in real life, is playing one in the movie as well while veteran Radha Ravi essays the role of a MLA. Along with them, Varalaxmi Sarath Kumar is also playing a brief but very crucial role. Livingston, Yogi Babu, Prem and some other noted actors are also part of the supporting cast.

Sarkar’s technical crew includes Malayali cinematographer Girish Gangadharan, multiple National award winning editor Sreekar Prasad and music maestro AR Rahman. Sun Pictures is making a comeback to production after a long gap by funding this big budget venture. The movie is slated for a grand release this coming Diwali in November.
