Shraddha Kapoor to romance Sivakarthikeyan in his upcoming sci-fi movie?

We had recently reported about Sivakarthikeyan doing a science fiction film with Ravi Kumar of ‘Indru Netru Naalai’ fame. RD Raja’s 24 AM Studios is funding this big budget flick which has its music by Oscar award winner AR Rahman. Latest buzz is that the makers have approached Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor to play the female lead in the movie.

Apparently, this upcoming movie is being planned on a huge scale with high production values. So the makers are trying to bring on board some popular actors from other industries as well. An official confirmation word about Shraddha’s casting has not yet been given. The pretty actress is currently busy with ‘Saaho’, her maiden South Indian movie in which she is paired opposite the ‘Baahubali’ man Prabhas.

Director Ravi Kumar made an impressive debut with ‘Indru Netru Naalai’ in 2015. The movie had a brilliant time-travel concept and it won widespread appreciation. He along with his team have been working on the script for his sci-fi film over a year now. Apparently, the subject demands enormous time and efforts for the pre-production itself. This yet-to-be-titled movie is expected go on floors after Sivakarthikeyan completes shooting his portions for Ponram’s ongoing rural rom-com entertainer.
