Simbu’s new look continues to grab attention; Check out the location stills of Eeswaran!

The physical transformation of Simbu aka STR continues to be the talk in K-Town circles. During the lockdown days, the actor attended a weight loss programme in Kerala along with learning Kalarippayattu and training in Bharathanatyam. He is sporting a lean look in his upcoming film ‘Eeswaran’.

Ever since its first look poster featuring a robust and fit STR came out, expectations have been high. Last day, the makers had shared some new location stills. Simbu has really managed to turn the clock back as his new look reminds us of his ‘Kovil’ days.

‘Eeswaran’ directed by Suseenthiran is a village based mass entertainer, a genre that Simbu hasn’t attempted in a long time. The film has Nidhi Aggarwal as the female lead. Thaman is composing the music and Tirru is handling the cinematography. Recently, after wrapping up shoot, Simbu won hearts by gifting gold coins and new clothes to around 400 crew members.

‘Eeswaran’ is produced by Madhav Media and D Company. The makers have announced the film as a Pongal 2021 release.
