Sivakarthikeyan got emotional and cried at the success meet of Remo

Remo, the Tamil movie that released on the 7th of October starring young star Sivakarthikeyan and Keerthy Suresh in the lead role, is all set to become one of the biggest hits in Kollywood.

It had already become the biggest success in Sivakarthikeyan’s career. The film had become the third biggest opener at box office in Tamil Nadu this year after Super Star Rajinikanth starrer Kabali and Ilaya Thalapathy Vijay starrer Theri.

The first weekend collection of the movie is around 33 crores from worldwide. The success of the movie has been celebrated at a success meet last day at Chennai and during his speech in that event, Sivakarthikeyan got emotional and cried on stage.

Sivakarthikeyan was really upset with the political pressure that made the release of the film in jeopardy till the last moment.

Sivakarthikeyan said that the director Bakkiya Raj Kannan, who is a debutant and producer RD Raja had struggled a lot to make this movie possible and some people are enjoying by making their life hell. Sivakarthikeyan requested those people to please let him and others work.

Anyway, the film had become a huge box office success and the effort put in by the actors and technicians yielded good result.

Anirudh Ravichander, Keerthy Suresh, Rasool Pookutty and all other cast and crew members are there at the success meet of the movie.
