Soubin Shahir to become director with Parava and Anwar Rasheed will produce it

Soubin Shahir, the latest comedy sensation in Mollywood is all set to direct his maiden venture. He had come as an assistant director in Mollywood assisting Amal Neerad, Anwar Rasheed etc. Later he became an actor and the characters in the film Chandrettan Evideya and Premam had made him a popular comedy supporting actor in Mollywood.

Later he had become an integral part of Malayalam cinema and the applause he gets from the audience is just fabulous. Now, he is all set to make his first film as a director and it has been titled as Parava. Popular film maker and producer Anwar Rasheed will produce the movie.

The film will have new faces in it as main characters and will reach the screens in this year Christmas season. The story, screenplay and dialogues for this film will be jointly written by Soubin Shaheer and Muneer Ali. Praveen Prabhakar will be the editor of the film. Other details about the film will be revealed soon. They will begin the shoot at Ernakulam and this will be Anwar Rasheed’s 3rd production venture after the blockbusters like Bangalore Days and Premam.

Earlier there were reports that Soubin to play the hero of next Ashiq Abu directorial film. Details and status of that project is now unknown as Ashiq Abu is said to be planning a movie with Dulquar Salman.
