‘Spadikam’ director Bhadran’s next is with Soubin Shahir

Ever since the superhit success of ‘Sudani From Nigeria’, Soubin Shahir has been getting lot of offers to play lead roles. But the actor has slowed down considerably and has been very choosy of late. As per latest reports, he has committed for director Bhadran’s upcoming movie titled, Ponnum Kurishu. Details regarding the movie’s genre or when it goes on floors are not yet known.

Bhadran is well known for his films like ‘Spadikam’, ‘Iyer The Great’ and ‘Yuvathurki’. His rapport with Mohanlal is quite popular as they have delivered hits like ‘Spadikam’, ‘Uncle Bun’, ‘Olympian Anthony Adam’. His last release ‘Udayon’, was also a Mohanlal starrer, which was back in 2005. In his comeback, the director is planning another film with Mohanlal, which is most likely to start rolling next year. Currently, both the actor and director are caught up with other commitments.

Meanwhile, Soubin is busy shooting for ‘Guppy’ fame John Paul George’s ‘Ambili’. He is also playing the lead in debutant Jithu K Jayan’s ‘Ara Kallan Mukkal Kallan’.
