SS Rajamouli and family tested Covid-19 positive!

One of Indian cinema’s most popular names, director SS Rajamouli got tested positive for for the coronavirus on Wednesday. The filmmaker shared his COVID-19 diagnosis in a tweet. He also that he along with his family members are isolating at home, as prescribed by doctors.

Rajamouli tweeted,

My family members and I developed a slight fever few days ago. It subsided by itself but we got tested nevertheless. The result has shown a mild COVID positive today. We have home quarantined as prescribed by the doctors.
All of us are feeling better with no symptoms but are following all precautions and instructions…
Just waiting to develop antibodies so that we can donate our plasma…

Rajamouli was working on his ambitious dual hero film, ‘RRR’ before the Covid-19 pandemic bought things to a standstill. Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn star in the film, which is a mega-budget period film set in the pre-Independence era.
