SS Rajamouli’s next is with Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu

Ever since Baahuabli 2: The Conclusion, there have been a wide range of speculations about director SS Rajamouli’s next movie. Rumour mills were abuzz with reports about him doing films with superstars Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Mohanlal etc. Finally, it seems like it’s Mahesh Babu who has hit the jackpot.

The Telugu superstar in a recent interview confirmed that he has signed for a movie with SS Rajamouli. This yet-to-be-titled film will go on floors by November or December 2018. More details regarding the project are not yet known. Since Rajamouli is now very popular among the audience nationwide, he will most likely be choosing pan-Indian subjects for his upcoming films.

The massive success of his Baahuabli series has made him one of Indian cinema’s leading filmmakers. Expectations will be sky-high for the director’s next film as the audience will fefienyely be looking forward to something that is a notch above Baahuabli.

Mahesh Babu is currently awaiting the release of his much hyped movie Spyder, a bilingual made in Tamil and Telugu. The AR Murugadoss directorial is all set to storm screens from this coming Wednesday (September 27). The superstar also has Koratala Siva’s Bharat Ane Nenu, which he is currently working on, and Vamsi Paidipally’s film in the pipeline. Incidentally, Vamsi’s film will be Mahesh Babu’s 25th film.
