Sunny Wayne also part of Rajeev Ravi’s next with Asif Ali?

We had earlier reported about Rajeev Ravi roping in Asif Ali for his next directorial. It is a crime story inspired from a true incident. Sibi Thomas, a real life police circle inspector, is scripting the film. Arun Kumar VR will be producing it under the banner of Film Roll productions. Along with Asif Ali, we hear that Sunny Wayne will also be a part of this film. An official confirmation is still awaited in this regard.

It is worth a mention that the two actors had earlier worked together in ‘Mosayile Kuthira Meenukal’. Sunny has also worked with director Rajeev Ravi in ‘Annayum Rasoolum’. Apparently, Rajeev Ravi decided to make this new film after being intrigued by a investigation story that Sibi Thomas had narrated during a television chat show.

It was a well-planned jewellery robbery incident that occurred in Kasargod. Sibi Thomas’ part in real life, as the police officer, will be brought on screen by Asif Ali. Sibi Thomas is noted for his cop role in the widely acclaimed, ‘Thondimuthal Driksakshiyum’.

Rajeev Ravi is currently working on ‘Thuramukham’ which has Nivin Pauly, Nimisha Sajayan, Indrajith Sukumaran, Biju Menon, Poornima Indrajith, Arjun Ashokan and Manikandan Achari in major roles.
