Suriya starts dubbing for Thaana Serntha Koottam; Movie slated to release for Pongal

Suriya’s next film Thaana Serntha Koottam (TSK) is eagerly awaited by the audience. The actor has been on a rough patch for sometime now. But TSK looks very promising and might give Suriya the much needed commercial success. The movie is directed by Vignesh Shivan of Poda Podi and Naanum Rowdy Dhaan fame.

Shoot for TSK was recently wrapped up and Suriya has now started dubbing for his portions. The director shared a photo of Suriya in the dubbing studio through his social media handle. The movie has a positive hype among the audience after the smashing success of the recently released ‘Sodakku’ song.

The single was released on composer Anirudh’s birthday and soon went on to become a big rage. This fast number is most probably the introduction song of Suriya’s character. TSK is touted to be an action-comedy entertainer. South Indian cinema’s hot favourite Keerthy Suresh plays the female lead, marking her first time association with Suriya.

The movie has a strong supporting cast that includes Ramya Krishnan, Kalaiarasan, Nandha, Sathyan, popular yesteryear comedian Senthil, Saranya Ponvannan, Kovai Sarala, KS Ravikumar, RJ Balaji, Anandraj and Thambi Ramaiah among others. KE Gnanavel Raja’s Studio Green is producing this movie which is slated for a grand Pongal release, this coming January.
