Thalapathy 63: Vijay visits injured crew member at hospital

Shoot for Vijay’s new film with director Atlee, which has been tentatively titled as Thalapathy 63, is currently progressing in Chennai. Recently, a crew member named Saravanan was injured when the focus light used for shooting fell accidentally on his head. Vijay personally visited Saravanan at the hospital and wished him a speedy recovery. This kind gesture from the actor has won hearts as the news has gone viral in social medias.

Thalapathy 63 is confirmed to be sports-based entertainer. Vijay plays a footballer named Michael in the movie. He will be appearing both as a player and a coach in the movie. Nayanthara plays the female lead. Bollywood actor Jackie Shroff, Kathir, Induja, Varsha Bollamma, Yogi Babu, Vivek, Daniel Balaji, Anand Raj and many others are part of the cast. There is also a rumour about superstar Shah Rukh Khan playing an extended cameo role, but the makers are yet to confirm it.

Thalapathy 63 also has a solid technical crew headed by maestro AR Rahman. Cinematography is by ‘Mersal’ fame GK Vishnu and editing is by Antony Ruben. AGS Entertainment is producing the movie, which is scheduled for a grand Diwali release in October.
