Thalayund Udalilla: Biju Menon plays a cop in his next

Biju Menon, who stunned everyone with his remarkable performance in ‘Ayyappanum Koshiyum’, is set to don the khakis yet again. He has signed a new film titled ‘Thalayund Udalilla’, in which he plays the role of police Sub Inspector named Soman Nadar. From the title poster, which was released last day, the film looks like a murder mystery.

‘Thalayund Udalilla’ will be directed by Sugeeth. It marks his fourth time collaboration with Biju Menon after ‘Ordinary’, ‘3 Dots’ and ‘Madhura Naranga’. This upcoming film is scripted by Dileep Ponnappan and Prem Radhakrishnan. Nishad Koya and Ajeesh OK will be producing the film under the banner of Wall Poster Entertainments. On the technical side, the makers have got Faisal Ali as the DOP and Jakes Bejoy as the music director. More details are expected to be announced before the film goes on floors.

Biju Menon was last shooting for ‘Lalitham Sundaram’ with Manju Warrier when the lockdown was announced. Actor-producer Madhu Warrier is turning a filmmaker with the film, which is touted to be a family entertainer.
