The Priest new poster featuring Nikhila Vimal and ‘Kaithi’ fame Baby Moncia released
The makers of ‘The Priest’ have released a new poster featuring Nikhila Vimal and child actor Baby Monica. The latter is noted for his performance in the Tamil film ‘Kaithi’. ‘The Priest’ directed by debutant Jofin T Chacko has Mammootty in the titular role. The film scripted by Deepu Pradeep and Shyam Menon is said to be a mystery thriller.
Recently, the makers has released an intriguing teaser which did not reveal anything about the plot. The film has a big star cast. Manju Warrier and Mammootty are acting together for the first time. Jagadheesh, Saniya Iyappan, Ramesh Pisharody, Ameya Mathew, ‘Nayika Nayakan’ fame Venkitesh and Tony Luke will be seen in supporting roles.
On the technical front, Akhil George is the cinematographer and Shameer Muhammed handles the edits. Rahul Raj is in charge of the music department. The film is jointly produced by Anto Joseph, B Unnikrishnan and VN Babu. Official announcement regarding the theatrical release is expected to be made shortly.
