Theri trailer started off with creating record in YouTube !

Yesterday the much awaited trailer of Kollywood film Theri had released. Yesterday was the official audio launch ceremony of the film and the trailer was released after that audio launch. The film directed by Atlee and starred by none other than the Ilaya Thapalathy of Kollywood, Vijay is all set to hit the screens all over the world on this coming April 14, the Tamil New Year day.

The trailer of the film which released last day got fantastic reception from social media and it had started off by creating a record in YouTube as well. The trailer of the film had crossed 100k likes in less than 3 hours in YouTube and it is the fastest Indian film to do so as per reports.

The trailer had already crossed 11 lakh views as well in less than 24 hours and the confirmation of that record will also come soon as per reports. The teaser of the film had made history as well by gaining the 5th spot in the list of highest number of teaser views all around the world. The Theri teaser had mot more than 95 lakhs views as of now and it is the highest in India as well.

The songs of the film had also released yesterday and already creating controversy regarding plagiarism issue. The Jithu Jilladi song from the film had great similarity in its tune with the Nan Autokkaran song from the Rajni Kanth starrer flick named Basha and social Media already started trolling G V Prakash Kumar, the music director of Theri.
