Thoppil Joppan makers against the fake news

Megastar Mammootty starrer Thoppil Joppan released last Friday has been is doing good business in the box office.

Thoppil Joppan is a fun filled entertainer directed by Johny Antony. The movie has found the liking of the family audience thanks to the good humour quotient and Mammootty’s screen presence.

The movie also marked the comeback of popular comedians Salim Kumar and Harisree Ashokan.

There is a picture doing the rounds in social medias showing the advertisement for TV telecast of Thoppil Joppan with the tagline coming soon.

The makers have responded to this picture through the movie’s official Facebook page. The note says that all these fake pictures are used to bring down the movie and tarnish their image.

They also added that the telecast rights of the movie have not yet been officially announced. They have also warned that cases will be registered against people who share these images through social medias.

This seems to be a very big issue especially when a movie is still running successfully in theatres. People should stop doing such silly acts that can have negative impact on the prospects of a movie.

One thing to be remembered is, any movie is a result of continuous hard work and perseverance of lots of people who put in their blood and sweat to bring out a movie. So please refrain yourselves from sharing these pictures.
