Remo is the upcoming Tamil film starring Sivakarthikeyan and directed by Bhagyaraj Kannan. This movie produced by RD Raja under the banner of 24AM Studios made to the news headlines with Sivakarthikeyan’s female getup in the movie. Sivakarthikeyan is performing as a nurse in this movie and his female getup for that is already went viral in social media.

The theme of the movie was actually told to Sivakarthikeyan by Atlee, director of Raja Rani and Theri. At first, when he was approached by Bhagyaraj Kannan, the assistant of Atlee, with this project, he was reluctant to do this character as he believed that he can’t pull off the female act in it. But the director had pursued him for almost 10 months and convinced him that he can pull off this and that’s how Sivakarthikeyan comes in to this project. He said it was the most challenging thing in his life as he had to spend hours for makeup, to become a female and later enact as a female on screen.

The making video of the movie which shows his preparations to play the female character went viral in social Media. The posters of the film also made great impact. This is a complete entertainer with all elements like comedy, romance, songs, action etc and it will hit the screens on this coming October 7.

Keerthy Suresh is playing the female lead in this movie in which Sivakarthikeyan is playing a young man as well. There are reports that he is also coming in an old man getup in the flick.
