Upcoming Malayalam movie releases in 2016

Mollywood is going to witness some big releases from now on. From this month last, movies will start releasing almost in every week here and all those films will be much anticipated ones as well. On July 29, 3 movies will hit the screens here in Mollywood. White, Starring Mammootty which is directed by Uday Ananthan and Guppy Starring Tovino Thomas directed by debutant John Paul George are the major releases on that day. Another movie named Kismat also hitting screens on July 29.

On August 5th also, 3 movies will hit the screens here. One is Mohanlal-Chandrasekhar Yeleti bilingual movie named Vismayam and another big one will be Midhun Manuel Thomas directorial movie Ann Maria Kalippilanu starred by Sunny Wayne and Dulquer Salmaan. Biju Menon-VK Prakash movie named Marubhoomiyile Aana will also come to the theaters on that day.

August 12 will witness two Jayasurya movies releasing together. One will be Renjith Shankar movie named Pretham and the other will be Sajid Yahiya’s debut venture named Idi-Inspector Davood Ibrahim. Pretham is coming from Jayasurya’s own production house and Idi will be distributed by Eros International.

On September 2, the Malayalam version of Mohanlal’s Telugu film Janata Garage will hit the screens here in Kerala and on September 7 his Malayalam film Oppam directed by Priyadarshan will come to the screens. September 8 will see the release of Prithviraj- Jeethu Joseph movie Oozham and on October 7, Mollywood will witness the release of the most anticipated film of this year, Puli Murugan starred by Mohanlal.

Movies like Dileep’s Pinneyum and Welcome to Central Jail, Asif Ali’s Avarude Ravukal, Mammootty’ Thoppil Joppan, Dulquer Salmaan-Amal Neerad film etc also may come to screens in this period and they not yet given any idea about the releasing dates.
