Vijay 61 title and first look poster to be released tomorrow!

Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s upcoming movie with director Atlee is in the final stages of production. The movie’s title and official first look poster will be released tomorrow at 6 PM. It is being released as a treat for the actor’s fans who are busy planning extensive programmes to celebrate their matinee idol’s 43rd birthday on June 22, Thursday.

The movie, tentatively titled as Vijay 61 marks the reunion of Vijay with director Atlee after the all time blockbuster Theri. Vijay is playing a triple role for the first time in his career. The movie has an ensemble star cast that includes three lead ladies; Nithya Menen, Kajal Agarwal and Samantha Ruth Prabhu.

Vijay will be seen sporting multiple looks in the movie. Filmmaker turned actor SJ Suryah plays the villain. Sathyaraj, Sathyan, Vadivelu and Kovai Sarala are also part of the cast.

Atlee has scripted the based on Baahubali writer KV Vijayendra Prasad’s story. The movie’s music department is handled by Oscar award winner AR Rahman. Debutant GK Vishnu has cranked the camera and Ruben is in charge of the edits. The movie is produced by Sri Thenandal Films.
