Vijay 61 on it’s way: Fans overjoyed!

Vijay fans all over the world are filled with joy as he is all set to fill screens soon with his hit pair. The actor is rejoining with Atlee after the blockbuster flick Theri. The movie which had hit theaters a year ago had collected more than 150 crores from the worldwide box office. Expectations are high when the same team rejoin.

Atlee who had announced the expected release date for Vijay 61 late yesterday through his Twitter and Facebook handles expressed his joy on working again with Ilayathalapathy. He had posted a picture on both the platforms briefly introducing the core crew. The shooting had commenced months back.

Vijay 61 funded by Thenandal films also marks their 100th film milestone. He had also confirmed that Academy Award achiever AR Rahman composes the tracks for the flick. The movie said to release by October is expected to hit theaters the Diwali season.
