Vijay Deverakonda’s birthday trucks across South India

Telugu cinema’s current sensation Vijay Deverakonda is celebrating his birthday today. Wishes are pouring in for the star from colleagues, fans and well wishers across the world. Just like last year, Deverakonda birthday trucks will be distributing ice creams and spreading happiness. Last year, his team had three trucks and delivered over 3000 ice creams in nine different locations over five hours. As promised, this time it is much bigger. While the trucks could only be spotted in Hyderabad last year, this time they will be traveling across Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Warangal, Tirupati, Bengaluru, Chennai and Kochi.

Vijay Deverakonda’s growth to stardom over the last few years has been phenomenal. Though ‘Pelli Choopulu’ was his first hit, it was his perfomance in the blockbuster film ‘Arjun Reddy’ that made him a popular star all across the South. He followed that up with ‘Geeta Govindam’ another big blockbuster that went on to gross over Rs 100 crores. He is now awaiting the release of ‘Dear Comrade’, a political action flick which will be released in all four South Indian languages Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Tamil.
