Vinayakan in Gautham Menon-Vikram team’s Dhruva Natchathiram

Vikram has been shooting for director Gautham Menon’s spy thriller, Dhruva Natchathiram for sometime now. The team recently wrapped up the Turkey schedule and the shoot is nearing completion. It is easily one of the most awaited Tamil films of the season.

Dhruva Natchathiram has a stellar star cast that includes two female leads in Aishwarya Rajesh and Ritu Varma. Yesteryear actress Simran, Radhika Sarath Kumar, Parthiban, Divyadarshini, Vamsi Krishna and many others are also part of the cast. Now we have come to know that Malayalam actor Vinayakan is also playing a crucial role in the movie.

Vikram recently shared a selfie in his social media space that also had Vinayakan in it. Reports suggest that Gautham Menon has roped in Vinayakan to play an integral cameo role in the movie. Despite being the industry for nearly two decades, Vinayakan became a popular actor only recently thanks to Rajeev Ravi’s Kammatipadam.

His stellar performance as Ganga in the coming of age gangster flick won him numerous accolades including the Kerala State Award for best actor. Post Kammatipadam, Vinayakan has been getting a lot of movies. Hopefully, his character in the Vikram starrer offers him good scope for performance.

Dhruva Natchathiram is a spy thriller which is being made on international standards. Vikram is reportedly playing a RAW agent in the film. International stunt coordinators are choreographing the movie’s high octane stunts.

Gautham Menon’s own production house Ondraga Entertainment and Escape Artists Pictures are jointly producing this movie. The movie is expected to hit screens by the end of this year.
