Will do a Malayalam film within 2 years, says Allu Arjun

Allu Arjun is popularly known in Kerala as Mallu Arjun, because of the popularity he enjoys here. He has great number of followers here in Kerala specially at the start of his career and his films got very good reception here at that time as well. At the beginning he had super successes here with films like Arya, Happy, Hero(Desamuduru), Arya 2. But later it went down due to some flops and his big film like Badrinath was indeed a disaster here. That had really pulled down his stardom in Kerala.

Even though films like Lucky had got decent word of mouth, it also did not made any impact due to pure publicity. Now, his latest Telugu super hit named Sarainodu had released here dubbed in Malayalam with the title Yodhavu and got decent response from the audience. Allu Arjun came all the way from Hyderabad to Kerala for promoting this film and share his happiness over the success of the flick. While interacting with media, he said that he will definitely do a Malayalam film within two year time.

Allu Arjun said that he is a great fan of Malayalam cinema and his admiration and craze for Mohanlal is beyond words. He said that he loves the natural beauty of Kerala and when it comes to cinema, the class and quality Mollywood films has always attracted him. He said that his most favorite movies in Malayalam are comedy movies starred by Mohanlal and he respect Mammootty too.

He said that, for last 3 years discussions has been going on regarding his Malayalam debut. May be because of his high remuneration rate that not much producers approaching him from Mollywood. He said that if the subject is an interesting one, he would not mind to reduce his remuneration to act in Malayalam cinema.
