Earlier collection reports of Thoppil Joppan were shared in a Facebook page named after the film’s director Johny Antony. Some online medias reported that these collection reports were fake and baseless.

But director Johny Antony has hit back through this page saying that the page was started with his knowledge. He has also written that hereafter this will be his original page through which fans can know more about his upcoming releases and other news.

He has also added that the collection reports posted earlier in the page were the original ones and was shared only with the knowledge of the producers and the distributors.

The collection reports shared in the Facebook page said that Thoppil Joppan has collected an amount of Rs 8.43 crores in 4 days of the movie’s release.

Trade experts also confirm that Thoppil Joppan is enjoying a great run in the box office with families welcoming this light hearted entertainer with both hands.
