Wow ! Bajrangi Bhaijaan producer to fund Mohanlal’s next

Superstar Mohanlal whose latest release Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol is winning over the audience and running successfully in theatres across the State, has made an exciting announcement. His upcoming movie with director B Unnikrishnan will be produced by Rockline Venkatesh who has produced biggies like Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan and superstar Rajinikanth’s Lingaa.

We had earlier reported about popular Kollywood actor Vishal playing an important role in the movie. Mohanlal himself has now made it official through a post in his official Facebook page. The post reads,

“Happy to announce my next flick written and directed by Unnikrishnan B. Production by renowned producer Sri. Rockline Venkatesh who has produced films like Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Linga. Actor Vishal is playing a very crucial role in the film.”

Popular Telugu actor Srikanth is also playing a pivotal character in the movie. Seems like the director is indeed trying to pull a casting coup of sorts for this biggie. B Unnikrishnan had earlier revealed about his plans to make the movie on multiple languages. With the roping in of popular stars like Vishal and Srikanth from other industries, it is almost certain that the movie will be a multilingual.

This untitled movie will have Mohanlal playing the role of an ex-cop. According to the director, the movie will be a crime thriller with complex relationships. This is B Unnikrishnan’s fourth movie with Mohanlal after Madampi, Grandmaster and Mr Fraud.
