Arjun Reddy remake: Here’s the trailer of Dhruv Vikram’s Varma

The trailer of Dhruv Vikram’s debut film, ‘Varma’, was released just a while back in social medias.
The movie which is the official remake of the 2017 Telugu blockbuster, ‘Arjun Reddy’ is helmed by National award winning filmmaker Bala. Debutante Megha Chowdhury plays the female lead.

‘Arjun Reddy’ directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga had Vijay Deverakonda and Shalini Pandey in the lead roles. It is the story of an impulsive medical surgeon who falls madly in love with his college junior. He becomes alcoholic post break-up and the rest of the plot is about how he redeems himself.

From the trailer, Dhruv looks convincing as the hot-headed surgeon. Director Bala who is known his intense films is trying something different for the first time. The promos so far have been impressive. ‘Varma’ is the maiden Tamil production venture of Mollywood’s leading banner, E4 Entertainment. As per reports, the makers are planning to release the movie on Valentine’s Day, but an official word is still awaited
