Here’s the trailer of Asif Ali’s Iblis

We had already reported about Asif Ali teaming up with his ‘Adventures of Omanakuttan’ director Rohit VS for a new film titled ‘Iblis’. The movie’s official trailer was released today in social medias. Asif Ali and Madonna Sebastian play the lead pair in the movie which gives vibes of a colorful fantasy entertainer.

Sameer Abdul, the co-writer of Adventures of Omanakuttan has penned Iblis jointly with Rohit. According to the director, Iblis is a musical adventure comedy, something which has rarely been attempted in the grounds of Malayalam cinema. The characters of this film are extremely animated and almost caricaturish in their emotions and body language.

Iblis has four lead characters played by Asif Ali, Madonna Sebastian, Lal and National award winning child actor Master Adish Praveen. The supporting cast also includes Siddique, Sreenath Bhasi, Saiju Kurup and Aju Varghese. Akhil George is the cinematographer and Shameer Muhammed is in charge of the edits. Dawn Vincent handles the music department.

Iblis is being funded by Ichais productions and will be released through Asif Ali’s own banner Adam’s World of Imagination. The makers had eariler announced that the movie will hit screens on August 3.
