Instagrammam trailer: Mridul Nair’s web series looks fun!

It is only recently that web series found popularity among the Malayali audience. Several filmmakers are currently working on new ideas for web series. Before the trend begun, director Mridual Nair had started works on his web series titled ‘Instagrammam’. It was officially launched by superstar Mammootty couple of years back. Unfortunately, OTTs were then not very keen on exploring the Malayalam market. It seems like things are finally falling in place.

The trailer of ‘Instagrammam’ was released online last day. It is a rural-based story set in a fictional village named Andippara. Mridul has scripted it along with Ramakrishna Kulur. The series has a huge cast comprising of well known actors like Deepak Parambol, Balu Varghese, Ganapathy, Arjun Ashokan, Subhish Sudhi, Sabumon, Alencier Ley Lopez, Dinesh Prabhakar, Rajesh Sharma, Unni Rajan P Dev and many others. Stars like Sunny Wayne, Aditi Ravi and Gayathri Suresh will also be appearing in guest roles.

The makers have not yet made an official announcement about the where ‘Instagrammam’ will be streaming.
