Kahaani 2 Durga Rani Singh trailer released

Kahaani starring Vidya Balan was released in 2012. The movie was both critically and commercially acclaimed. Now the sequel Kahaani 2 is gearing up for release. Trailer of the movie was released today.

Kahaani 2 is directed by Sujoy Ghoshand and produced by Sujoy Ghosh and Jayantilal Gada under the banner Pen India Limited.

The film stars Vidya Balan and Arjun Rampal in lead roles. Similar to the first part, Kahaani 2 also promises to be mystrey thriller.

Kahaani had Vidya Balan playing the character of Vidya Baagchi, disguising as a pregnant woman who aims to kill those responsible for husband’s murder.

The trailer opens with Vidya’s character receiving a phone call, where she is informed that her child Mimmi has been kidnapped. On her way out she meets with an accident and goes into a coma stage.

After that it is revealed that she is Durga Rani Singh, a woman who is accused of abducting and murdering children. The plot sure promises to be a true mystery thriller.

With a terrific lead like Arjun Rampal, Vidya Balan and a proven filmmaker like Sujoy Ghoh, Kahaani 2 : Durga Rani Singh promises to be an exciting spine chilling thriller.

The movie is releasing on December 2nd.
