Peter Hein makes his directorial debut with a Vietnamese film; Watch the teaser here!

Peter Hein, one of India’s leading stunt choreographers, is making his directorial debut with a Vietnamese film. Titled as ‘Sám Hôi’, the film stars Vietnamese actors Binh Minh and Anh Thu in the lead roles. The makers have released the film’s teaser online. According to Peter Hein, this film revolves around a martial art champion’s struggles. How he tries to find a balance between his profession and family forms the story. The focus is on a father’s love towards his daughter and his struggles.

Peter Hein has assembled as an efficient set for technicians from Indian cinema for his directorial debut. Cinematography is by Bala, who associated DOP Senthil Kumar in ‘Baahubali: The Beginning’. Sam CS of ‘Vikram Vedha’ and ‘Odiyan’ fame is handling the music department and editing is by Raja Ramani.

The film is being made in three languages that are spoken in Vietnam. It is scheduled for release in Vietnam and China on January 15. The makers are also planning to dub the movie in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi based on the original’s reception in those two countries.
