Pulimurugan Telugu version Manyam Puli teaser

We had earlier reported that the Telugu version of Pulimurugan, Manyam Puli will release on December 2nd.

Trailer for the movie was released today in YouTube. It is not the same as the one released for the Malayalam version. Some other mass scenes are added in this trailer with prominence to Telugu actor Jagapathi Babu.

Jagapathi Babu played the antagonist Daddy Girija’s character in Pulimurugan.

Popular producer Krishna Reddy had acquired the remake rights of Pulimurugan in Telugu. The huge success of Pulimurugan will have an impact in the initial box office collections of Manyam Puli.

Mohanlal is now popular among the Telugu audience after his two releases Vismayam and Janatha Garage this year. The huge success of Janatha Garage earned him popularity among the youngsters there. So the distributors will be hoping for a good response from the audience in Andhra Pradesh and Telengana.

Pulimurugan is written by Udhayakrishna and directed by Vysakh. Apart from Mohanlal and Tollywood actor Jagapathi Babu the movie also stars Kamalini Mukherjee, Namitha, Bala, Lal, Kishore and many other supporting actors.

Pulimurugan is an action packed mass masala entertainer with an universal theme of man vs wild. The movie boasts of some thrilling fight sequences featuring Mohanlal and the tigers.

Popular action choreographer Peter Hein’s work in the movie was heavily appreciated by the critics and the common audience.

Pulimurugan has already become the highest grossing Malayalam movie ever. It is also the first Malayalam movie to enter the elite 100 crore club.
