Sakhavu trailer released

Official trailer for Nivin Pauly’s upcoming political drama Sakhavu was released today. The actor shared it in his official Facebook page. The movie is all set to hit screens on April 15, as a Vishu release.

Sakhavu is directed by National award winner Sidharth Siva. Nivin is playing the role of Krishnakumar, a communist leader in the movie. It is one of the most awaited films of the year.

Nivin Pauly has pinned high expectations on Sakhavu. He has not had a release for nearly eight months now as he had allotted bulk dates for Sakhavu. It will be an intense movie that will stay etched with the audience for a long time. Sakhavu will not be just another political drama, it will have equal doses of humour, romance and machismo.

Aparna Gopinath, Gayathri Suresh and Kollywood actress Aishwarya Rajesh are playing the female leads in the movie. Sreenivasan, Maniyan Pillai Raju, Joju George and many others are also part of the cast.

Acclaimed Kollywood cinematographer George C Williams has cranked the camera in Sakhavu. Prashanth Pillai is handling the music department. The movie is funded by B Rakesh under the banner Universal Cinema.
