Teaser of Antony Varghese’s Oh Meri Laila looks fun

We had earlier reported about Antony Varghese starring in a new film titled ‘Oh Meri Laila’. Its teaser got released recently. Antony, who has mostly been doing action-oriented intense films like ‘Angamaly Diaries’, ‘Swathanthryam Ardharathiryil’ and ‘Jallikattu’, is attempting something different with this film. He is playing a college student named Lailsuran in this romantic entertainer. The film, set in the backdrop of a campus, has debutante Nandhana Rajan and ‘Veyil’ fame Sona Olickal as the female leads.

‘Oh Meri Laila’ is directed by Abhishek KS and scripted by debutant Anuraj OB. Dr Paul Varghese is backing the film under the banner of Dr Paul’s Entertainment. Senthil Krishna, Balachandran Chullikadu, Nandu, Britto Davis, Nandana Rajan, Shivagami, Sreeja Nair and many others are part of the cast. It has Bablu Aju as the cinematographer and songs composed by Ankit Menon. Gopi Sunder handles the background score.

The makers are expected to announce the release date soon.
